This year, Women’s Leadership enters its 12^th  year and is returning back to where it all began at UW-Oshkosh! The conference has expanded into a three-day event and is expected to attract over 250 students from across the state.  The conference will feature a range of workshops and will highlight three major speakers including Loretta Ross of Sister Song.  Entertainment will be located nearby both nights and meals will be provided.

This year's conference, Voices Often Unheard: Women's Political Voices Past Present and Future, will cover a wide range of issues relating to women's role in society.  The theme evolved out of student's desire to both commemorate the return of Women's Leadership to UW- Oshkosh and to strengthen our roles in the political sphere leading into 2008 by having the knowledge about gender-based issues and the skills to create the change that we want to see on our campuses & in our communities.
