A few weekends ago the Minnesota State College Student Association hosted its annual Spring General Assembly with hundreds of students from across the state of Minnesota gathering for workshops, pressing student business, furthering their statewide campaigns, and even to hear Keynote Speeches, one of which was USSA President Gabriel Pendas. Recently MSCSA was part of the Governor's Commission on Global Warming issues to speak about the important role students have in this fight for our planets future.  Also, students in Minnesota will also be hosting candidate forums where students will come together to let elected officials know what they care about and the type of candidates they are interested in voting for.
